Built-in Keyboard Update Installation

I just installed the MacBook/ MacBook Pro Keyboard Update that Apple released about a week ago. The process took just about 30 seconds (not including quitting and relaunching all applications). So 30 seconds of the progress bar. After applying the firmware update the update stopped showing up in Software Update, which is surprising as I thought that the update utility wouldn’t have access to writing the receipts that Software Update uses to check against to know what versions of software you have installed. Also, (obviously) my keyboard is fully functional after the firmware update (however, I haven’t yet proved that the update did or didn’t fix the issue). Enjoy, Alex.
