SuperDrive Sounds

I just realized that my MacBook’s SuperDrive still is making noises every so often when I try and access information on it. Why it didn’t happen the other times earlier this week I don’t know. I haven’t logged out and back in or restarted, both of which may reset the local (on hard disk) copy of information about the SuperDrive.
