Sudden Mac OS X Family Tree Thought

I’ve decided (for god knows what reason) to go and add A LOT of content to my contacts in Address Book. Most of the information that I’ve been adding is family relationship info (parents of, kids, siblings, etc.), is it possible for someone to make a family tree making application that uses this information to help build the tree? Is there already an application like this out there? Just a thought.
