Multi-updating Macs

As I have admin privileges on our Desktop mac in the States I’ve silently taken it as a duty of mine to run Software Update on it every time I update my own mac. I say silently because though everyone here knows that I’m doing it the person who’s house-sitting probably has no idea that I’m updating the iMac in our kitchen as I do it when he’s asleep. I actually feel like I should be leaving hints at the updates that have passed though the network since he too has a mac. So far within days of their release the updates have flowed into my iBook G4 and not even a day later they are on the iMac at our house in the States.
