Legacy Code Blocks To Come Later In Year

Lego has announced that the code blocks for the RCX sensors and motors/ lamps will be released as a download later in this year. I know that the educational software has pre-installed these code blocks, so why they’re waiting a few months to release them to the general public (?) I don’t know. I’ll post a direct link to the download here after I download and install it for myself.
