The Vows of Early Spanish Villagers

/ 12 September 2011

Unlike last term where most of the academic assignments I posted were immediately followed by some online version of the text they were based on some of what I post this term will be assignments were there isn’t an accessible online text to link to. These assignments will largely consist of those out of either my Religion in Latin America or Tragedy/Passion/Sacrifice course.

So, without further introduction, here is the first issue entry we had to write for Religion in Latin America. These are specific one-page responses to questions posed for that day’s readings. The question this issue entry answers: Were the Spanish villagers William Christian writes about truly Christian? You see where the lack of source linking may get problematic, but putting that detail aside these are still self-contained short written pieces of mine. Enjoy reading, and as always comments are accepted here and via email.
