Too Quick…

/ 18 October 2007

WOW, I still feel like 10.5 Leopard is in development, and not being mass-printed onto installation/ boot DVDs. But, of course, it is. Not only that, but my family has already pre-ordered a copy. It feels almost like a huge burden has been lifted, now that I know exactly when I’ll be receiving an installer and installing it onto my MacBook, and not having it be a looming question mark in my life. If it does in fact get delivered on Friday the 26th of October (Leopard Day) then I’ll take all of Saturday the 27th of October to run through my large online list of tasks around/ during/ after the OS installation. During the installation procedure I’ll also post right before the installation with the local time and remaining hard drive space, and then do the same after the installation. 1 week and 2 days prior to Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard installation for me, I can’t wait!! Though I’ll be doing “normal life” during that time, it will nonetheless be the final time that I’m running Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger (which has been a fabulous Mac OS for these past few years). Enjoy, Alex.
