10.3 Support Time Has One Week

/ 18 October 2007

As some of you may not know, Apple supports the second-to-current OS version when it comes to most application releases and security fixes. 10.3 has been in that realm during this whole time that 10.4 has been current. But that period will end on the day 10.5 is released, and 10.4 will take up the stead as back-support. Now, all 10.3 users will be dropped as 10.5 gets added as the current Mac OS version. This is useless information to most of us, but I just thought that it would be a fun little fact to post here. Enjoy, Alex.
