Wow, 31 Fixes!

/ 30 November 2006

I read earlier today that Apple’s newest security update fixed 31 flaws that the system had. These fixes included stuff as high as the Airport, to as low as the kernel, and a whole lot in-between. The article also said that Apple addressed some known kernel bugs. It hasn’t yet reached the one week mark for kernel panics that my iBook G4 has had, but this update may have killed those. There’s no way to be sure until the weekend (when I’d next be expecting a kernel panic). So, if you haven’t yet updated your mac, the do so now (just go into the “Apple” menu and choose “Software Update…”).
